Our Approach to Sustainability
ComfortDelGro is committed to creating long-term shared value for our stakeholders while driving positive impact for people, planet and society. Our sustainability framework, aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs), focuses on three pillars:

Through our efforts to integrate sustainability into our business strategy, ComfortDelGro aims to create value for society and the environment over the long run, capitalising on our influence to drive positive change and improve industry practices.
Our Key Achievements

First Southeast Asia land transport operator with carbon emission reduction targets approved by Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi).
- 54.6% reduction in absolute Scope 1 and Scope 2 GHG emissions from our operations by 2032 from a baseline year of 2019.
- 61.2% reduction in absolute Scope 3 GHG emissions from fuel and energy-related activities by 2032 from a baseline year of 2019.

Ranked Number One in the 2022 World Benchmarking Alliance (WBA) CDP Climate and Energy Benchmarks for the Transport sector, among 90 other transport operators.

Included in the S&P Global Sustainability Yearbook 2023.

Inclusion in the Dow Jones Sustainability Index Asia Pacific (DJSI Asia Pacific) since 2019, one of the six Singapore companies to be included.

First Land Transport Company to join Mobility Decarbonisation Project at the WBCSD (World Business Council for Sustainable Development).

Morgan Stanley Capital International ESG Rating: Received an “AA” rating in 2022.

Received a “15.1” Low Risk rating score from Sustainalytics in 2023.

Included in the FTSE4Good Indices.
